In a world full of MP3s and cheap digital processing it is easy to overlook the importance of accurate sound reproduction. In our eyes an event which requires sound reinforcement should consider what the audio brings to your event before settling for second best.

If people attend your event and are met by an over-driven, under-specced or inferior sound system they will no doubt make an immediate negative assumption about the entire production. Sound systems are in no way a new technology which leads to the question… “Surely we can do better than this?”

At Velocity we strive for audio excellence and nothing less! This approach has proven priceless time and time again when we hire sound systems to our clients, Countless times we have been thanked for providing reliable and accurate sound systems delivering clean, intelligible audio.

The equipment used is only half of the picture; there are many factors to consider in achieving great sound before you even consider the sound crew; their skills, efficiency and professionalism.

Amplifier Hire

Our systems are almost exclusively powered using amplifiers from MC2 Audio and processing from XTA. Both of these British manufacturers represent the highest standards in system electronics and faithfully reproduce whatever is put into them. These key products make the perfect partner to our chosen loudspeakers. It’s a partnership that once experienced in the right hands can change the way you perceive audio indefinitely

Racks are tailored to the sound system on hire and are built from the components listed above. Our amp racks are priced very competitively. For example; a 4 way rack consisting of 2x E45, 2x E25 and 1x DP226 is priced at a day rate of just £110.00.

DJ Equipment Hire

We can provide a full range of Pioneer Pro Dj and Allen & Heath Xone series DJ equipment, these products are the industry standard used and loved by DJs all over the world.These items are not currently available for dry hire and are only provided as part of a complete production/sound hire.
