Lighting Design
By communicating creatively we can drastically aid in developing our clients concepts and ideas to help create their vision. We can present these ideas in clear graphical representations using CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools.
Venues are created within the CAD environment incorporating as much or as little detail as required. A sophisticated lighting program is then used to create a virtual lighting rig. Using accurate photometric data for real-world lighting fixtures we can provide a remarkably accurate pre-visualisation service.
Once completed a selection of rendered images can be provided to the client allowing them the opportunity to bring their artistic input to the table. This is a brilliant opportunity to iron out any conflicting design ideas way in advance of the event.
Basic lighting design is available as a free service to our hire clients. More advanced lighting design is available as a standalone product with the option of sourcing equipment at discounted rates through Velocity. This is of course entirely up to you, we can provide you with all the documentation required to take the design from screen to conception using a third party.
All of this planning leads for a very efficient installation and presents an opportunity to pre-program entire light shows. This in turn saves time and money.
